Day 2: Map for the Customer Journey / Search Operators / Analytics & Webmaster Tools

Now that we understand better about Online Marketing, we can develop a Map for the customer journey, here we can see all the tools that we can use for have presence on the web with the online communication:




It´s important to understand that every tool has a different usability, even when the communication´s objective can be the same, for example:
  1. Blog: we have to select blog system (blogger, wordpress, tumblr). Also we need to develop interesting content for our target, and create a network.
  2. Microsites: usually we use them for campaigns.
  3. Website: Here we need to ask ourself, which TLD you choose, need more?, how long should be our URL, etc
  4.  Mobile: we need to create different pages with specific content.

Search Operators / Mapping the Landscape!

It´s important also to understand how we can show our content, but also how we can search it on the web. For this you have to know the Search Operators: Google provides the user with the operators of practical help to better and more precise search results possible. Many users are these operators, however, not known. The SEOs are more likely. The search operators belong to the toolbox of every search engine optimizer.
