Day 2: Classic Marketing v/s Online Marketing
We start the day talking about the differences between the classic marketing and the online marketing.
What can we find in the classic Marketing?
- Classical definition of target groups
- High scattering losses
- 4 Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion)
What can we find in the online marketing?
- Another definition of target groups (we describe more deep the interest)
- High focus on measurability (tracking)
- Cross-channel communication (eg, e-mail marketing, social media, banners, etc.)
- Pullstrategie replaced push strategy (What interested my clients; tracking)
- Create experiences (Brand Experiences)
The online marketing is very different from the traditional marketing because you have the potential to reach people globally, using for example: SEO; SEM; Email Marketing Campaigs, Banner Advertising, etc.
